Thank you for the incredible support and patience! Due to popular demand, please note the delayed shipping timelines. We are doing everything we can to ship out your order earlier: 

• Base Scent orders placed between 9/24 - 10/14 5pm ET, will ship out 10/21-10/24
• Base Scent orders placed after 10/14 5pm ET, will ship out 11/20-23

Processing Time:

• Orders placed by 2 PM EST on business days are shipped the same day. Any orders after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

• Overnight Shipping: Available for orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days (additional fees apply).

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Free shipping is available on orders over $75.00.

International Shipping:

• We currently do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders.
