An Aquatic Green Floral Inspired by Borneo’s Canopy

An invitation to slow down with Floating Forest, a cooling aquatic floral inspired by Shorea cuspidata, a towering rainforest tree once native to Borneo and lost to logging after 1998. Known for rising over 160 feet into the canopy, it was part of one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth. This fragrance evokes a quiet meditation in scent, green, lush, and serene in a world that moves fast.

Scientific Reconstruction:
Through biotechnology, scent molecules from the extinct Shorea cuspidata were identified and reinterpreted into this unique watery-green composition. Perfumer Jérôme Epinette approached the scent as a form of time travel, reconstructing not just the flower, but the entire environment it once inhabited.

    My perfect spring scent

    This smells like cool water over river rocks and in a fairy forest. It is so calming, and I cannot stop smelling myself when I wear it. It also lingers on clothes and on me, which I like. As it dries down, you really get the floral notes.

    Came here for K18 scent

    I have the K18 mask with the special edition scent from FS and came here for the perfume because I love the scent so much. I got the small just to make sure it was what I wanted and it was! I will be buying the bigger one next. Save yourself the time and just go big right away! I will say it did come with a sample of the "Invisible Woods" and I was not a fan of it at all, but to each their own!

    Fresh air, green shoots, and rainy soil in the first days of spring

    I never get tired of this scent. It reminds me of early spring nights, when the trees are starting to pop, and the world is full of possibility. It can be a rainy day with watery coffee from a food truck and an excellent book. It's mysterious, not flowery; it's an action verb. Use it with the Habitat spray for longer-lasting scent, or wear it alone (it has good staying power). And be ready to tell people what you're wearing because you will get compliments!

    Truly love!

    I left a review of the discovery kit recently, then turned around and bought a 15ml bottle of Floating Forest. I LOVE IT! Wet stone note is my jam and I had no idea.
