An Aquatic Green Floral Inspired by Borneo’s Canopy

An invitation to slow down with Floating Forest, a cooling aquatic floral inspired by Shorea cuspidata, a towering rainforest tree once native to Borneo and lost to logging after 1998. Known for rising over 160 feet into the canopy, it was part of one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth. This fragrance evokes a quiet meditation in scent, green, lush, and serene in a world that moves fast.

Scientific Reconstruction:
Through biotechnology, scent molecules from the extinct Shorea cuspidata were identified and reinterpreted into this unique watery-green composition. Perfumer Jérôme Epinette approached the scent as a form of time travel, reconstructing not just the flower, but the entire environment it once inhabited.

    Another hit out of the ballpark

    Floating Forest is the best. It is on par with Solar Canopy. Both are unique unto themselves but beautiful scents in their own right. I own Black Orchid by Tom Ford , Victoria’s Secret,

    and other excellent fragrances but your fragrances are all I am wearing now. When I am rich I order more!

    Favorite scent

    I went from accidentally purchasing the k18 collab hair mask, to now wanting ALL of their scene. Frosting forest is my favorite. It reminds me of a green fairy magic.

    Finally a good ocean scene

    I normally hate ocean/water scenes because after one or two sniffs they smell so artificial. Can’t stop smelling this one, it smells so real and fresh. No artificial smell headache. I feel like this is a less common smell profile for perfumes to try and pull off, but this one really hit the mark.
