An Aquatic Green Floral Inspired by Borneo’s Canopy

An invitation to slow down with Floating Forest, a cooling aquatic floral inspired by Shorea cuspidata, a towering rainforest tree once native to Borneo and lost to logging after 1998. Known for rising over 160 feet into the canopy, it was part of one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth. This fragrance evokes a quiet meditation in scent, green, lush, and serene in a world that moves fast.

Scientific Reconstruction:
Through biotechnology, scent molecules from the extinct Shorea cuspidata were identified and reinterpreted into this unique watery-green composition. Perfumer Jérôme Epinette approached the scent as a form of time travel, reconstructing not just the flower, but the entire environment it once inhabited.

    LOVE FLOATING FOREST!!!

    I love this fragrance so much! I did the discovery set to make sure which fragrance I wanted to choose. My favorite hands down was the Floating Forest. I purchased the full size with the discount I received from purchasing the discovery set.

    I first discovered this scent when I was sitting near someone wearing it and had to ask them what it was they were wearing. I am so glad I asked. I wear this for myself and love to sneak sniffs of my wrist. It puts me in such a good mood.

    I also received compliments on the Haunted Rose scent when I wore that from the Discovery set. That might be an additional purchase down the line. :)

    Floating Forest Scent

    When K18 did a collab with Future Society and put out a limited edition leave-in hair mask with this scent, I got curious, bought it and fell absolutely in love with the fragrance. I couldn’t stop smelling my hair! That made me google and find the creator - Future Society and that it made actual perfumes, of course I got a whole bottle of it. Now, hear me out, I do not generally love female fragrances, I rarely try them, I don’t buy them; I only have two out of thousands out there that I like and use, rest are my husband’s colognes I love smelling on him and sometimes use on myself. I bought Floating Forest because it smells magical to me, and it’s so rare for me to like a somewhat fem fragrance. That’s my opinion on it. Very pleased.
